Tortellini with broccoli and avocado

  • 500 g tortellini with spinach and cheese
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 2 avocados
  • 275 g White cheese in oil
  • 0.5 dl pan-roasted nut


Pan roast your preferred kind of nuts for enhanced flavour and extra crunch.


Serve the dish warm with fresh pepper and bread.

Try a quick and easy pasta dish with crunch from the broccoli and nuts and creaminess from the white cheese and avocado.

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Cut the broccoli into florets, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Peel, pit and dice the avocado. Strain about 1 dl of oil from the cheese jar. Mix pasta, vegetables and cheese cubes with the oil. Sprinkle with nuts, then serve.
