Falafel with Creamy Apetina Dip

Ingredients

Falafel

• 1 can chickpea (400 g)
• 1 small onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 0.25 tsp chilli powder
• 0.5 tsp ground coriander
• 0.5 tsp paprika
• 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp flour

• red onion
• spring onion
• fresh red chilli
• rocket
• cherry tomato

Dressing

• 2 tbsp Apetina® White cheese slice natural
• 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp tahini
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• A pinch of chilli powder

Twist

Add fresh herbs to the falafel for even more flavour. You can use whatever you have on hand, but flat leaf parsley and similar work especially well.

Serving

Warm pita bread or another good bread and serve it with the falafel.
